Elinor Moshe’s purpose is to close the gaping chasm of education in the construction industry, and enable the people within to work on the greatest project they ever will - themselves.

She is passionate about ensuring people within the industry become exceptional, excellent and exemplary people behind the projects, and enabling them to defy the status quo and reject convention.

You see, Elinor once stood at the periphery of her own career, feeling lost, invisible, confused. She gave away power and agency over her own trajectory, feeling dulled and limited.

She then realised diminishing herself to fit in will never work, as standing out is her prerogative. She realized there is so much more possibility than where she was.

Elinor took back control over her career, maintained extreme ownership and unwavering self-belief in her vision and her purpose.

When she realised how conventional information, education and systems within the industry are letting people down, she pioneered her own pathway and founded The Construction Coach, to bring what wasn't and isn't available in mentoring, training and coaching but desperately needed for the construction industry.

Elinor ties her distinctive thinking, uncommon insights with over 8 years’ experience in the commercial construction industry, to generate transformative and exceptional results for her clients in 5+ countries.

She holds a Master of Construction Management and Bachelor of Environments from the University of Melbourne.
